Helping you create your own self-help toolkit to
Thrive in Life
What is a Self Help Toolkit?
Good tools just make life easy. Very few people don’t have a mobile. Why? Because they are useful. The same goes for a self help toolkit.
How cool would it be to reach for a tool to deal with those nagging thoughts, that just won’t go away or those feelings that you just want to run away from, like guilt or worry. But with tools that work, there is another option.
Options where you stand confidently and say to life, “ok I am ready for full on thoughts and feelings, and I know how to deal with them.” And if you don’t you can just refine the tools, or learn ones that complement what you already have.
Simple. Yes we like simple. Anything complicated just usually makes things worse, and ends up in the bin, like a tool that doesn’t work.
But tools that do work, end up being as valuable as the best mobile currently available. And upgrades are more than welcome, which we are happy to share.
How we help you create a Self Help Toolkit?
Various ways to start, but essentially you bring to the session an issue or something you want to know more about, like how do I manage depression or anxiety/panic attacks, what can I do to sleep better, how do I deal with tummy pain/eating problems, or if I am just discontent with things.
So many clients can’t wait to tell us the good feelings they get when the ‘problem’ is met with a tool that really works. In fact quite a few request, what else can they learn. The good news is this positive flow has no limits. The thought “oh, when are things going to get bad again” is acknowledged and then this choice naturally happens “I welcome things getting even better!” And, with this choice, more often than not, things do get better.
Self help tools become beautiful parts of your daily life. Friends and family may ask you, what are you doing that is making you look and feel great? Then sharing what you have learnt takes your learning of the tools to a whole new level, and this is so much fun, fulfilling too.
What’s a Self Help Toolkit session like?
Simply empowering and inspiring as you learn things and are encouraged to put them into practise. Share how it’s going, refine what you are doing and more encouragement to put things into practise.
Maybe complementary tools that are useful to learn and practise will be introduced. Eventually you complete the sessions so full up with confidence and enthusiasm, and say I don’t need any more sessions, thanks very much.
(Sometimes a year later clients come back to share their successes and ask if there is anything else they can learn. We at Limitless Flow are very much in the flow of learning new things, so definitely more Self Help tools will be available, so keep in touch.)

WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING
Deciding to see Daniel was one of the best decisions i’ve made. He has helped me deal and understand things in a different way which has enriched my life. For me his approach works in a holistic manner and l would definitely recommend his therapy to everyone.
Working with Daniel for the past three years has changed my life. Daniel facilitates a clear, compassionate, practical approach to healing. As a result of our work together, doing Focusing, I am now better able to navigate the highs and lows of everyday life…..especially the lows, with self-acceptance and self-compassion. I am coming to peace with all parts of myself.
My name is Kevin , I am 56 and living in London . A serious accident in Ibiza in 2001 brought up a Pandora’s box of pain that I self medicated with drink and projected (played the blame game) for 10 years. 4 years ago during a moment of total humility I started to accept responsibility and life opened up to me immediately . As much as I have tried to listen to my higher self I have found it very difficult up to now . On my healing journey of self discovery , what I have noticed is there has been a very similar gentle sounding voice/ words that come from people I meet who have been fundamental in guiding me , it has a certain vibration and I trust it. . Daniel is one such person that I respond to . I am not a very good listener , really don’t trust and being present to myself or others has been almost comparable to someone on what I would say with my limited knowledge as ADD.
Daniel’s approach to the focussing enabled me to feel very very safe and see more aspects of myself . His patience with a big P , sensitivity , fun approach I have picked up on with my own conversation / relationship with myself .The process has enabled me to approach /be with some very raw wounds as well as opening me to greater feelings particularly real joy / gratefulness / happiness and peace. I found his approach easy to pick up . I am not home yet but through this I am given a very useful tool that is helping me build a much more loving compassionate relationship with this very hurt part of myself.
Daniel has given me tools for life. Not only has he provided me with a versatile toolkit of techniques but he has empowered me to use them, to overcome and look forward but also to look inwards and understand my whole true self. With Daniels help, I have stopped fighting myself and in doing so brought my inner wisdom, rather than anxiety, into my awareness. With continued practice and time, I aim to become proficient enough with my toolkit that I may open it up into a ‘workshop’ so that I am able to help those close to me the way Daniel has helped me.
